This townhouse is a residential design situated in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. While the program had strict site requirements, it allowed for a great deal of stylistic freedom and an opportunity to design with great attention to detail. The final design focuses on a blend of comfort and elegance– elements that the neighborhood itself personifies.
